Terms of Service and Membership Agreement

629 Mobile EV Charging

By purchasing a membership or using the services of 629 Mobile EV Charging, operated by MUNIMNGMNT, LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

By checking the agreement box during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

629 Mobile EV Charging provides mobile electric vehicle (EV) charging services for customers who subscribe to a monthly membership plan.

Members may request EV charging services at approved service locations, including but not limited to:

  • Home
  • Office
  • Commercial locations
  • Roadside assistance situations
 

Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and operational limitations.

2. Membership Plan

The current membership plan includes:

  • Monthly membership fee: $40.00 USD 
  • Service for one (1) electric vehicle per membership 
  • Mobile EV charging service scheduled within 24 hours or less, subject to availability 
  • Charging session duration typically up to approximately 30 minutes
     

Membership benefits apply only to the registered vehicle and member account.

3. Billing and Payment

By purchasing a membership, you agree that:

  • The membership fee will be charged monthly 
  • Payments are processed automatically through the selected payment method 
  • Applicable taxes may be added based on state or local regulations 
  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins
     

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Scheduling and Service Requests

Members must request service through the approved booking system.

Service response times may vary depending on:

  • Traffic conditions 
  • Distance to service location 
  • Weather conditions 
  • Demand for service 

629 Mobile EV Charging will make reasonable efforts to provide service within 24 hours, but response times are not guaranteed.

5. Service Limitations

The following conditions apply:

  • Service is limited to one EV per membership 
  • Charging time may vary depending on vehicle battery condition 
  • Certain remote or unsafe locations may be declined for safety reasons 
  • Vehicles must be accessible and safe to service
     

629 Mobile EV Charging reserves the right to refuse service if conditions present safety risks.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate location information 
  • Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible 
  • Follow all instructions provided by the technician
 

Customers are responsible for any damage resulting from unsafe or illegal parking situations.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Customers may cancel their membership at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

629 Mobile EV Charging reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if:

  • Terms of service are violated 
  • Payment fails 
  • Service is abused or misused 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 629 Mobile EV Charging and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle battery damage 
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or operational limitations 
  • Indirect or incidental damages 

The service is provided as-is without warranties beyond those required by law.

9. Release of Liability

By using this service, you agree to release and hold harmless:

  • MUNIMNGMNT, LLC 
  • 629 Mobile EV Charging 
  • Their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates
     

from any claims arising from the use of mobile EV charging services except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and materials related to 629 Mobile EV Charging remain the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and managing memberships.

Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

13. Agreement

By checking the acceptance box and completing the purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms 
  • You agree to be legally bound by them 
  • You consent to electronic agreement instead of a physical signature 

 

 

EV Charging Service Disclaimer and Liability

Vehicle Condition

By requesting EV charging services, the customer confirms that the vehicle is in safe working condition and suitable for mobile charging.
629 Mobile EV Charging is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, battery defects, electrical issues, or mechanical problems with the vehicle.

Battery Compatibility

Charging compatibility varies depending on the vehicle manufacturer, battery condition, and charging system.

629 Mobile EV Charging does not guarantee that the service will successfully charge every electric vehicle or battery system. Charging performance may vary based on vehicle specifications and battery health.

Charging Performance

Charging speed and results may vary depending on several factors including:

  • Battery condition 
  • Battery temperature 
  • Environmental conditions 
  • Vehicle charging system limitations 
  • Remaining battery capacity 

629 Mobile EV Charging does not guarantee a specific charging level or range increase.

Safe Location Requirement

For safety reasons, service may be declined if the vehicle is located in a place that is unsafe or inaccessible, including but not limited to:

  • High traffic areas 
  • Dangerous roadside conditions 
  • Restricted access areas 
  • Locations that pose safety risks to technicians 

Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 629 Mobile EV Charging, MUNIMNGMNT, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Battery degradation or battery failure 
  • Electrical system damage not caused by negligence 
  • Delays in service due to weather, traffic, or operational limitations 
  • Loss of time, inconvenience, or secondary damages
  •  

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the billing period in which the claim occurred.

Release of Liability

By requesting or using EV charging services, the customer agrees to release and hold harmless:

  • 629 Mobile EV Charging 
  • MUNIMNGMNT, LLC 
  • Its owners, employees, technicians, and contractors 

from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of mobile EV charging services except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Technician Authority

Technicians have the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, the vehicle appears damaged, or charging could create risk to the vehicle or technician.

Reasonable Use Policy

Membership services are intended for reasonable and occasional use. The company reserves the right to limit excessive, abusive, or repeated service requests that exceed normal and reasonable use of the membership.
